Frequently Asked Questions
What do you offer?
I offer a bespoke hand-painting service for your bottles, perfumes and more. The prices listed on my website cover the painting service only (unless you order the flutes, baubles or candles).
You will need to send or order the bottles that you want to be painted. You can either send a special bottle you already own or order one online and have it delivered to me. Once I receive the bottle, I will hand-paint it and return it for you to enjoy.
How long does it take?
I aim to dispatch orders within one week of receiving your item. During peak wedding seasons, processing times may vary slightly. For larger wedding packages, please allow a minimum of one week.
How do I send the bottles to be painted?
Most customers choose to have their bottles sent directly to me from the retailer (e.g. Amazon) to save on packaging. However, you can also send your product to me yourself if you prefer.
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
There is a price reduction available for wedding packages. Each item is individually hand-painted with great craftsmanship, so no additional discounts are available.
Can the painted bottles be refrigerated?
Yes, the bottles can be placed in the fridge, but they should not be rested against anything. Since they are decorated with artwork, they need to be handled with extra care. Many customers keep the bottles as a memento of a special occasion.
Can I collect my item?
Absolutely. If you prefer to collect your item in person, just send me a message or email to arrange it.
Can the hand-painted glasses be washed?
My hand-painted flutes are art pieces meant for special occasions and milestones. While they can be used, they are not intended for regular use. I recommend a light rinse inside the glass and a gentle wipe around the rim.
